eBook and Presales of a footnote for tomorrow

I sit here one click away from the eBook being uploaded to Kindle and the eBook presales campaign to kick off. As it grows ever nearer so grows my anxiety. I hope you all find some value in it. In approximately 48 hours the presales on Amazon/Kindle should begin. For those wanting to get the presales of the printed version that is 48 to 72 hours away from beginning….  Oh a cover reveal? Yes, I imagine everyone can expect me to sneak those both in silently around the announcements of those campaigns officially kicking off. There are two….the eBook cover and the paperback cover….
